On October 18, 2024, Valvoline Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mary E. Meixelsperger is planning to retire from her position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. It is expected that Ms. Meixelsperger will continue to serve in her current role until a successor is appointed and will remain with the Company through a subsequent transition period. The Company has initiated a comprehensive search with the assistance of a leading executive search firm to identify its next Chief Financial Officer, with both internal and external candidates being considered.

LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 18, 2024 – Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV), the quick, easy, trusted leader in preventive automotive maintenance announces the planned retirement of its Chief Financial Officer Mary Meixelsperger. Meixelsperger will continue as CFO until a successor is hired and will remain with the Company through the subsequent transition period. She serves on the board of directors of specialty retailer Genesco Inc. and in 2024, she was appointed as a director for the Cincinnati branch board of The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Meixelsperger was named a Top 50 Women Leaders of Kentucky for 2023 and is an avid supporter of the community.
