(1) Shares are held in the Fouad and Roula Tamer Revocable Trust dated 04/01/2004.
(2) Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one Marvell Technology, Inc. ("Marvell") common share upon vesting.
(3) These RSUs vested on June 23, 2022, and were subject to a deferral election by the reporting person. The shares subject to the RSUs were issued on the designated deferred settlement date of September 15, 2024.
