On September 4, 2024, Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to stockholders (the “Shareholder Letter”) from President and Chief Executive Officer David P. Desharnias. A copy of the Shareholder Letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
