On September 3, 2024, United Rentals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its executive management team will participate in the Morgan Stanley 12th Annual Laguna Conference on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The conference will include a presentation by Matt Flannery, chief executive officer of the Company, and Ted Grace, chief financial officer of the Company. Such presentations may include a discussion of the Company’s business and forward-looking information.
