") announces today that it has purchased thefollowing number of its ordinary
shares, from Morgan Stanley &Co. International plc (the "
Broker
").

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,024,105
Highest price paid per share (pence): 58.6800
Lowest price paid per share (pence): 58.0000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence): 58.3038
Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buybackprogramme and
were effected pursuant to the instructions issued tothe Broker by the Company
on 22 February 2024, as announced on 23February 2024.
The Company intends to cancel these shares.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014(the Market
Abuse Regulation) (as such legislation forms part ofassimilated law as defined
in the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a fullbreakdown of the individual trades
