As at 30 August 2024, the issued share capital of BP p.l.c.comprised
16,383,427,053 ordinary shares (excluding treasuryshares) par value US$0.25
per share, each with one vote; and12,706,252 preference shares par value 1 per
share with twovotes for every 5 in nominal capital held.
The number of ordinary shares held in treasury by BP p.l.c. is719,239,166.
These treasury shares are not taken into considerationin relation to the
payment of dividends and voting at shareholdermeetings.
The total number of voting rights in BP p.l.c. is 16,388,509,553.This
information may be used by shareholders for the calculationsby which they will
