(1) These transactions were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on May 9, 2024.
(2) Represents the weighted average price of the shares sold. The prices actually received ranged from $329.045 to $329.769 per share. The reporting person will provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.
(3) Represents shares acquired through ongoing participation in The Cigna Group's 401(k) Plan.
