ve one share of common stock. This transaction represents the settlement of Performan
ce Based Restricted Stock Units in shares of common stock on their scheduled vesting
date.
2 Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one shar
e of common stock.
3 Each Performance Based Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to recei
ve one share of common stock.
4 This award has vested on the third anniversary of the grant date.
5 This award vests on July 31, 2026.
6 This award has vested as to one-third of the Restricted Stock Units on the first, s
econd and third anniversary of the grant date.
7 Represents shares of common stock withheld to satisfy tax withholding requirements
