(1)	On March 8, 2021, there were 4,053 stock options granted which vested in three equal annual installments beginning one year from the grant date. None have been exercised.
(2)	On February 28, 2022, there were 3,940 stock options granted which vest in three equal annual installments beginning one year from the grant date. 1,313 options vested on February 27, 2023 and 1,313 vested on February 27, 2024. None have been exercised. The remaining 1,314 shares will vest on February 27, 2025.
(3)	On March 6, 2023, there were 6,005 stock options granted which vest in three equal annual installments beginning one year from the grant date. 2,001 options vested on March 5, 2024. None have been exercised. The remaining 4,004 shares will vest on March 5, 2025 and March 5, 2026.
(4)	The option vests in three equal annual installments beginning on March 13, 2025. The option was granted on March 14, 2024.
