On May 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of SpartanNash Company approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 28, 2024, to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2024.

SpartanNash Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – May 23, 2024 – Food solutions company SpartanNash (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that on May 22, 2024, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2024. As of May 21, 2024, there were 33,953,593 common shares outstanding.
