Explanation of Responses:
1 On May 20, 2024, the reporting person transferred 2,012 shares of LNTH common stock
to the Georgeane Pruden Revocable Trust for no consideration. The reporting person a
nd his spouse are trustees of the trust, and the reporting person's children are the
sole beneficiaries of the trust. The reporting person remains the beneficial owner of
the securities held by the trust.
2 The reporting person and his spouse are trustees of the Gary J. Pruden Revocable Tr
ust, and the reporting person's children are the sole beneficiaries of the trust. The
reporting person remains the beneficial owner of the securities held by the trust.
3 Includes 6,437 shares previously reported as directly held by the reporting person.
4 Comprised of 24,508 shares previously reported as directly held by the reporting pe
rson.
