1 The Reporting Person's holdings reported in Table 1, Column 2 include: 4,669 shares
of Common Stock; 160 Performance Stock Units ("PSUs") granted on February 26, 2021,
which have been earned and will vest on February 26, 2025; 319 Restricted Stock Units
("RSUs") granted on February 26, 2021, which will vest on February 26, 2025; 521 RSU
s granted on February 25, 2022, which will vest on February 25, 2025; 812 RSUs grante
d on February 24, 2023, which will vest on February 24, 2026; and 1,164 RSUs granted
on February 22, 2024, which will vest on February 22, 2027. Vesting of all PSUs and
RSUs reported above is subject to the terms of the applicable award agreement.
