SHANGHAI, China, April 9, 2024 - Bilibili Inc. ("Bilibili" or the "Company") 
(NASDAQ: BILI and HKEX: 9626), an iconic brand anda leading video community 
for young generations in China, today announced that it has published its 2023 
Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Report and is accessible on the 
Company's investor relations website athttp://ir.bilibili.com. The initiatives 
described in the report speak to the Company's long-standing commitment to 
sustainable development, covering the impact on its users, content creators, 
employees, partners and other stakeholders.
"With the mission to enrich the everyday life of young generations in China, 
Bilibili actively shoulders social responsibility." said Mr. RuiChen, chairman 
and chief executive officer of Bilibili. "Consistently, we uphold stringent 
ESG standards in our corporate governance and daily practices. Alongside our 
content creators, employees, suppliers and other partners, we will continueto 
incorporate ESG initiatives that advance industry standards, enable more 
technological and content innovations, and facilitate the sustainable 
development of our society."
Bilibili detailed its commitment to ESG practices in the Company's 2023 ESG 
report, which covers its initiatives in content quality, communitymanagement, 
content creator and supplier empowerment, cybersecurity and privacy 
protection, minor protection, human capital, corporate governance, charitable 
activities, positivity advocacy, environmental protection and more. Bilibili 
aims toprovide all its stakeholders with a transparent view of its operations 
and procedures and how the Company is instituting and championing positive 
change.
Highlights of Bilibili's 2023 ESG achievements:


1. Content Ecosystem
   & Community Value

Bilibili fosters an ever-growing content ecosystem where all users can enjoy 
the fulfilling content they love. To ensure the sustainable development of 
theCompany's content ecosystem, Bilibili is committed to continuously 
improving its product offerings with cutting-edge technologies and by 
maintaining an engaging community. Bilibili provides a haven for its users, 
safeguarding users'information security and supporting their mental 
well-being. In 2023:


 .  Approximately 4.3 billion average daily video views were generated, over 95% of which came from PUGVs andStory Mode.



 .  Each user spent around 97 minutes on Bilibili per day and generated over 15 billion interactions per month.



 .  Bilibili's proprietary Large Language Model "Index" was widely applied to its products,          
    developingvarious new functions and features to improve users' and content creators' experiences.



 .  Over 80% of the Company's business obtained ISO Information Security
    Management System Certification andBilibili was the first online    
    video platform in China to obtain App Security Certification from   
    the China Cybersecurity Review Technology and Certification Center. 



 .  Bilibili's Charging Station Program provided 73,000+ emotional support sessions for its users.



2. Content Creator Empowerment

Empowering content creators is one of the Company's top priorities, as they 
are the cornerstone of its content ecosystem. Bilibili provides multipleavenues 
for content creators to monetize their talents alongside various creation-suppor
ting tools, enabling them to consistently convert their ideas into 
high-quality content, easily connect with their fans, and seamlessly unlock 
their commercialvalue. In 2023, Bilibili:


 .  Enabled over 3 million content creators to earn income on Bilibili, an increase of 30% from the previousyear.



 .  Broadened income channels catering to different types of content creators. More specifically:

 .  Teamed up with 37 well-known charitable organizations to launch 76 charitable projects on the
    Bilibili CharityPlatform, inspiring more than 800,000 users to donate over RMB17 million.    



 .  Fostered rural education by supporting six rural primary schools with 7,041 enrolled rural students.



 .  Supported innovative projects for rural schools via the Bilibili Happy      
    Scholarship, which granted a total of overRMB1.19 million to these programs.



 .  Engaged over 200 million users to study on Bilibili and over 2 million content creators to submit

impact on the global environment. The Company fully integrates environmentalprot

content library to raise awareness among users about environmental protection.

 .  Refined its overall greenhouse gas emission verification plan to gradually explore an effective carbon reductionpath.

than 2 million views. I believe what touches us most is not merely the 
technology, but the genuine feelings underlying it. At Bilibili, countless 
heartfelt, heartwarming anddeeply touching stories like this one unfold every 
day. Millions of content creators share their personal journeys and moments of 
happiness, spreading warmth and hope to society. We feel so lucky to be a 
witness, recorder and participant in theirgrowth and joy. 14 years ago, we 
started as a small, personal website. Over time, as waves of new users came on 
board, existing users also embarked on new chapters of their lives. In the 
second half of last year, we achieved a significant milestoneby surpassing 100 
million DAUs, with average users' daily time spent exceeding 95 minutes. This 
reinforces our position as a mainstream content community in China while also 
placing greater responsibilities and expectations upon us. Ibelieve Bilibili

Bilibili. On average, more than 20 million users watchedtechnology- and 
science-related videos on Bilibili every day. Interest-driven educational 
videos gained more than 44 billion views in 2023. The extensive, high-quality 
content on our platform has made Bilibili a reliable mentor and partner forthe 
youth in their growth journey. A number of esteemed educators and industry 
experts have joined Bilibili, aiming to break down education barriers and 
share knowledge with young people in a vivid and interesting way. As of the 
end of 2023, threeNobel Prize winners, 645 professors and scholars have joined 
Bilibili, and the number of technology-related content creators reached 1.16 
million. Over the past year, some of our users have joyfully embraced 
parenthood, sharing their firsthandparenting experiences on Bilibili. Others

content creators earned income on Bilibilithrough our diverse monetization 
avenues. In addition to live broadcasting and advertising, content creators on 
Bilibili can earn over one million RMB through the fan charging program, or 
generate millions of RMB in revenue through premium courses,allowing them to 
reap the rewards of their creative talent. The welcoming and friendly 
community atmosphere is an important reason why many users and content 
creators choose Bilibili. We employ an intelligent self-regulating system to 
screen andmanage negative expressions in the community. Additionally, we 
conduct targeted community action projects to address issues such as 
cyberbullying and
low-quality
content. Beginning in 2019, we launched"Youth Mode,"" Parental Controls,"" 
Family Platform" and other optimized anti-addiction functions for minors. In

ESG Governance In 2023, Bilibili continued to deepen its commitment to 
sustainable development by integratingESG issues closely into its business 
decision-making and execution processes through an enhanced ESG governance 
framework. We have responded actively to the concerns of stakeholders to 
jointly create sustainable value. ESG Governance Structure Wehave established 
a three-tiered ESG governance structure. The Board of Directors supervises, 
supports and decides on ESG matters, and authorizes the ESG Committee to

objectives and action plans, which are then executed by the ESG Working Group.
