Explanation of Responses:
1 These shares were issued pursuant to the vesting of performance-based performance s
hare unit awards made in 2021.
2 Tax related to the vesting of performance share unit awards.
3 On February 9, 2024, the reporting person was granted 7,464 restricted stock units,
vesting in three (3) equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of
the grant date. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one ba
sis.
4 Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.
5 Tax related vesting of restricted stock units.
6 On February 11, 2021, the reporting person was granted 16,121 restricted stock unit
s, vesting in three (3) equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary
of the grant date.
7 On February 11, 2022, the reporting person was granted 11,244 restricted stock unit
s, vesting in three (3) equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary
of the grant date.
