On February 12, 2024, Warner Music Group Corp. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's Class A Common Stock and
Class B Common Stock, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The dividend
is payable on March 1, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of
business on February 22, 2024.

that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.17 per share onWMG's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The
