On October 30, 2023, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to announce it will hold a conference call to announce its third quarter 2023 financial results on November 8, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

“We had a slower than expected third quarter due to challenging industry conditions,” commented Michael Pope, CEO and Chairman at Boxlight. “However, we did see an increase in customer orders, which is a strong indicator of future growth.
