(2) The shares were tendered to the issuer per the tender offer statement on Schedule TO filed by The Gabelli Utility Trust on 09/06/23 and amended on 10/12/23.
(3) In exchange for the tendered shares, Bank of America received Notes of CUSIP 36240AAA9, with a principal amount equal to 91.212% of the total amount of liquidation preference of tendered shares. The liquidation preference of the tendered shares is $25,000 per share.
(4) The Auction Rate Preferred Stocks reported in Table I represent shares beneficially owned by Bank of America N.A. ("BANA"). BANA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation.
