ITEM 7.01          REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On August 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Limestone Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a $0.05 per common share cash dividend. The dividend is payable on October 1, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this quarterly cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 17, 2022--Limestone Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LMST) (the “Company”), parent company of Limestone Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 1, 2022, to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2022.
