Item 5.07.

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 3, 2022, Hubbell Incorporated (the “Company”), held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The following are the voting results on the three proposals considered and voted upon at the Annual Meeting, all of which were described in the Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 2022 in connection with the Annual Meeting.
