Explanation of Responses:
1. On September 8, 2021, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 reporting on an aggregate basis open market sales of 225,000 shares of common stock (the "Original Report"). The Original Report included a weighted average price received by the Reporting Person in Column 4, but did not include the range of prices received in the sales. Accordingly, the relevant line item in the Original Report is being amended hereby to include the range of prices received by the Reporting Person and to separately report the transactions that occurred within one-dollar price ranges. This amended report does not report the sale of any additional shares of common stock.
2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices within the range of $65.51 to $66.50, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range(s) set forth in this footnote of this Form 4.
3. Mr. Kaveripatnam is affiliated with Premji Invest. Napean Trading and Investment Co (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is an entity affiliated with Premji Invest and as such Mr. Kaveripatnam may be deemed to have voting and investment power with respect to such shares. Mr. Kaveripatnam disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the aforementioned entity except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices within the range of $66.51 to $67.50, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range(s) set forth in this footnote of this Form 4.
