At the annual meeting of shareholders of Transcat, Inc. (the “Company”) held on September 8, 2021, the Company’s shareholders voted on the matters described below.

Proposal 1.    The Company’s shareholders elected the following nominees as directors, each to serve for a three-year term expiring in 2024.
