Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On July 28, 2021, Mr. J.K. Symancyk resigned from the board of directors of Chewy, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of such date. Mr. Symancyk’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Symancyk for his service to the Company and its stockholders.
