Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
(b) On July 28, 2021, Paul Gordon, a member of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Ark Restaurants Corp. (the "Company"), tendered to the Company his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Gordon's decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Gordon will continue to serve in his roles as Senior Vice President of the Company, manager of the Company's Las Vegas operations, and Senior Vice President of each of the Company's Las Vegas, Nevada subsidiaries.
