Other Events.

On July 30, 2021, Cinedigm Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that the deficiency for failure to timely file the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K has been cured and that the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), and that Nasdaq considers the matter closed.

On July 30, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing such compliance, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
