On July 29, 2021, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. Copies of the press release and the supplemental materials are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.

On July 29, 2021, the Company issued a press release to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on August 26, 2021, to shareholders of record as of August 12, 2021.
