Kansas City Southern (the “Company”, “KCS”) is furnishing under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the information included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. Exhibit 99.1 is the Company’s press release, dated July 16, 2021, announcing the Company’s second quarter 2021 earnings and operating results. Included in Exhibit 99.1 are schedules regarding certain financial information discussed during the Company’s second quarter 2021 analyst presentation and conference call.
