CLOSING OF TRANSACTION TO ACQUIRE CYBERKICK LTD.

On July 6, 2021, Safe-T Group Ltd. (the “Registrant”) announced it has closed on July 4, 2021, the previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding share capital of CyberKick Ltd.
