Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On July 1, 2021, Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that Christine Harada will step down from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective July 2, 2021, to lead the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Counsel. Ms. Harada did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

On July 1, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing Ms. Harada’s resignation. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
