Common Stock Dividend

 

On July 1, 2021, American Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.2125 per share payable on July 15, 2021 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s Class A common stock at the close of business on July 12, 2021.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
