Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 24, 2021, Nelson N. S. Chun announced his intent to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. effective in February 2022. Mr. Chun’s announcement allows the Company to commence implementation of its succession plan with the benefit of a sufficient transition timeframe.
