Item 5.02        Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On June 28, 2021, Neenah, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Byron J. Racki will transition from his current role as Executive Vice President – President, Technical Products, to serve as strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, also effective as of June 28, 2021, and will no longer serve as Section 16 officer of the Company.
