Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 28, 2021, MoneyGram International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had prepaid $100 million in principal under its Second Lien Credit Agreement, plus a $4 million prepayment call premium and accrued interest for a total payment of $107 million.
