On June 24, 2021, Prothena Corporation plc issued a press release announcing that Bristol Myers Squibb exercised its option under the terms of the ongoing global neuroscience research and development collaboration to enter into an exclusive U.S. license for PRX005. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
