Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
    

On June 18, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Brendan L. Hoffman, the Company’s President and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, to succeed Blake W. Krueger as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of the end of the year (the “Effective Date”). The Board also appointed Mr. Krueger as the Executive Chairman of Wolverine Worldwide as of the Effective Date.

Biographical information for Mr. Hoffman, who is 52 years old, is included in the Company's Proxy Statement for its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 26, 2021. The terms of the Employment Agreement, Executive Severance Agreement and Indemnification Agreement between Mr. Hoffman and the Company are described in the Current Reports on Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 13, 2020 and March 26, 2021.
