On June 11, 2021, Phillip Fernandez resigned from the Board of Directors of PTC Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 16, 2021. Mr. Fernandez’s resignation was for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
