Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 11, 2021, Daniel J. Salliotte, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of IDEX Corporation (the “Company”), and the Company agreed to separate. Mr. Salliotte is expected to remain with the Company until March 1, 2022.
