(b) Departure of Executive Vice President

On June 15, 2021, Erie Indemnity Company (the “Company”) announced that Robert C. Ingram, III has given notice of his intention to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company at the end of 2021. Ingram, 63, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since joining the Company in August 2012. The Company will immediately begin a search for his replacement.
