Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

EverQuote, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 10, 2021. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

 

1.

The Company’s stockholders voted to elect Darryl Auguste, David Blundin, Sanju Bansal, Paul Deninger, John Lunny, Jayme Mendal, George Neble, John Shields and Mira Wilczek to the Company’s Board of Directors until the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, subject to their earlier death, resignation or removal. The results of the stockholders’ vote with respect to the election of such directors were as follows:

The Company’s stockholders voted to ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021. The results of the stockholders’ vote with respect to such ratification were as follows:
