ChipMOS to Present at Investor Conference Hosted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange

and MasterLink Securities

Hsinchu, Taiwan - June 8, 2021 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and NASDAQ: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (“OSAT”), today announced that it will present to institutional investors virtually at the Navigating the New Taiwan Landscape conference hosted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and MasterLink Securities on Wednesday, June 16, 2021.
