Other Events

On June 7, 2021, Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (“MVW”) issued a press release to announce that Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary (the “Issuer”), priced the previously announced offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 4.500% senior unsecured notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
