On June 2, 2021, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). The total number of shares of the Company’s common stock voted virtually or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 63,997,795, representing approximately 96.29% of the 66,457,049 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
