ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 

On June 1, 2021, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.33 per share of the Company’s common stock for the second quarter 2021, payable June 30, 2021, to common stockholders of record on June 15, 2021‎. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
