Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 20, 2021, Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”) issued a press release announcing that Co-Founder Joshua Harris will step down from his day-to-day role at Apollo effective upon the closing date of Apollo’s merger with Athene Holding Ltd., while continuing to serve on Apollo’s Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Apollo’s Board of Directors.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
