On Thursday, May 13, 2021, Manhattan Associates, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), held the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) in Atlanta, Georgia. As of the record date, March 19, 2021, there were 63,616,713 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. There were present at the Annual Meeting, in person or by proxy, holders of 60,824,496 shares, representing approximately 96% of the common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
