Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On May 13, 2021, INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (“INDUS” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing on its acquisition of a fully-leased 127,500 square foot industrial/logistics building in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania market for a purchase price of $11.7 million before expenses.

 

A copy of the Company’s May 13, 2021 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
