On May 6, 2021, Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced by press release its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. Item 8.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On May 6, 2021, the Company also announced by press release the authorization to increase amounts available under an existing stock repurchase program pursuant to which the Company may purchase up to an aggregate of $125 million of the Company's common stock, including $25 million that was previously authorized in February 2020.
