(b) On May 6, 2021, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Kathy Willard, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer), will be retiring, effective June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release issued by the Company in respect of Ms. Willard’s retirement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
