On May 5, 2021, Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. (“Playa” or the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
