On May 5, 2021, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021, at approximately 8:30AM Eastern Tuesday, May 11, 2021. In the press release the Company also announced that it will host a conference call for investors to discuss its financial results on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern. The toll-free call-in number for the conference call is 800-207-0293 and the passcode is 834 115.
