On May 4, 2021, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s condensed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Tuesday morning, May 4, 2021 at 8:00 CT to discuss the first quarter financial results.
